Information we collect

We store the account name, email address, password hash, purchase records, encrypted license data, and technical security information needed to keep the service working. Stripe and PayPal handle payment details; Mortal Nexus does not store card numbers.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate your account, deliver licenses and downloads, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain purchase records.

Service providers

Railway may host the website and database. Stripe and PayPal process checkout. KeyAuth creates and validates application licenses. Resend delivers transactional email.

Retention and security

Passwords are one-way hashed, sessions expire, and license values are encrypted before database storage. Purchase records may be retained for accounting and fraud prevention.

Your choices

You may request account correction or deletion by contacting support@mortalnexus.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law or payment rules.
