Where is my license key?
Sign in and open your account. Every fulfilled license appears above the latest installer button. Use the copy icon to copy it exactly.
The installer or updater is blocked
Close Mortal Nexus before running an update. If Windows has the installer partially locked, restart the computer and run the current installer from your account.
My key says it is already used
Licenses may be bound to one computer. Contact support with the email used at checkout and the last six characters of the key. Never post the full key publicly.
I paid but do not see a key
Refresh your account after a minute. If the order says fulfillment failed or the key is still missing, contact support so the payment can be verified and delivery retried.
